Default Wanted: Pushover dealer in SoCal

Hi all, first post. I've beencar shopping and I'm leaning towards a Civic LX Coupe. In the past, I've had dealers just "roll over and play dead" when I tell them I'll pay $300 over invoice and not a penny more. They just say "deal" and go get the invoice. Can I expect to find a local dealer who will do this and does anyone local have advice on which dealer to work with? I'm the world's easiest customer -- Just let me sign the paperwork so you can move a unit and I can drive my new car home!

One more thing... I'd like to get a little more seat time than a test drive can offer. Is there a way to rent an 07 or 08 Civic for a day? Do Honda dealers everhave a take-home overnight programs?

Try these guys, they pretty good if you know the exact car that you want to buy. A lot of people use them to buy their cars. I will use them when I get my new car.
