Kelly Blue book is under priced for Civics where I live. Look at Autotrader.com and Yahoo Auto and see what similar cars are going for. If it was maintained and runs good you should get almost what you paid for it if kbb is $2000 off. It also depends on where you live. I live in LA, and Honda's sell like crack here for sometimes $1000 above kelly blue book. This depends on the car though. I bought my 99 Civic for $700 under kbb, but the guy was an idiot. Don't be one of those It really pays to do the research. Always make your starting offer more then what its worth. Negotiate the price. Good luck selling your car.
