hey i jsut bought a 2000 civic ex with a d16y8 auto and i'm probably gonna get a swap later. There's alrdy suspension work done to it. jsut wanna know what i can do to the car performance wise b4 i get a new engine. any ideas?

 

If you are going to do a swap, figure out what motor you are going to swap in and start saving/buying parts for that one. I won't do you any good to put Intake/Headers/Exhaust on your y8 if you are just gonna drop a B16 in later because none of it will fit.

 

and with an auto trans its going to be more than an engine swap. don't mess up like most guys do and think just because the bolts and hoses line up that its good to go. the ecu is important.
