Okay here is my predicament I have a 91 ef with a d15b1. My plan was when I got my tax return to buy from an import to buy a whole b16a swap. I love my ef and I know 170 hp in my 2k lbs ef would be ridiculous but with everything else for the price of buying a whole swap I could by a whole other car or down payment on a nicer used civic. So I was hoping someone could help me lean to an idea. Thanks!

 

I think you just answer your own question.. sell the current and combine $ to get a nicer car, parts on newer model are more available.

 

The only thing with selling mine is its impossible specially with the money I've put into it I could probably only get 2000k out of it when its got well over that into it

 

Well you will never get want you put in to a car. That should be something understood the moment you begin working on the car.

 

Yeah I guess that is true. I think I'll just save my money, sell my car when I can and buy a nice clean eg.

 

I've put in twice the amount of what my car would worth, maybe more. Sometime it not all about the $$, but if you like and know about your car, its' well worth it.
