Default What Makes a Civic Street ILLEGAL?
What are some of the things you can do to a car to make it street illegal? I know removing the cat makes you fail an emmissions test, but what are some other things?

I think he is talking more along the lines of modifications that are illegal, like aftermarket things.

You can't lower your car too much. There is a minumum gorund clearence.
