I know the question is very vague but sometimes I wonder. I am trying to say for example: you have a mustang gt, and put a turbo in it, you will gain a boost of about lets say 80hp, which will put you around 410hp. Now a civic, if you put a turbo in it, it will boost you up to about 200hp (for a 02 civic lx).

Can mod civics beat mod beat mustangs? I feel like for some reason the mustangs already have a head start. All I want to do this burn the stangs in my hometown. They are all kids of RICH PARENTS, thinking they are so cool with their mustangs, corvettes, bmws. I just want to show them what a kid with no money and 4 cylinder car can do.

I don't think you have much of a shot.

 

you probably wont have much of a chance if the stang kids have rich parents. It's possible to make a stang-beating civic (*cough* k20 swap *cough* lol), but it takes quite a bit of money. And yes, stangs have a bit of a head start with the power issue.

because civics are lighter u dont need as much horespower... so ya its possible

 

maybe from a rolling start but off the line...idk.

 

Mustangs are heavy *****. But, I say just go beat those rich kiddies up.

 

mustangs = power

civics = no power
