Do you know what is the top speed of 2006 Honda Civic Coupe? Is it electronically limited? What is the top speed because of physical limitations?

Because my friend says that he did 150mph with his civic. I searched the web about its top speed but i couldnt find reliable information.

does it matter who has the fastest top speed? i dont think it matters once someone has wrapped there car around a pole and is dead.
