Default what would you pay?

Ok well my friend told me about this sick civc for sale.
So i went and checked it out.
It is a 2000 honda civic si vtec.
custom body, keyless entry, lambo doors.
whole nine yards.
T3-4 turbonetics turbo set at 8 lbs currently Hondata onboard computer
Big Brake system installed 10'' rotors and camber kit and racing springs,shocks installed.
Stage 3 clutch installed and greddy blow off valve installed

There is Jl-10w7 in the trunk with a JL 500 amp. There are MB quarts mid and highs in the car with a JL 300/4 amp powering them.

The car has 18'' Katana Concept Five rims

I'd probably give him like $30... that body is f**king hideous... and he permanently messed up the rear quarters... nothing but welding in new metal will cover up those vents.

But if you really like it, I'd say offer around $7k.

That is very much " Speed Ricer ". I personally would feel better about building the car myself then having someone else do it for you. You also know dam well that he's raced the **** out of that thing imo.

too much show/rice for me. i would rather get a stock si and build it myself, i will be much more happier than one that's been modded already

ok so new question then. if not buying this one should i buy an 09 civic si. or should i try to find a low milage 07?
