If you want cheaper foglights than OEM that are still bright and durable I recommend Depo. Just run a search on ebay and you'll find some. There is modification required tho for that gen civic. You have to cut out with a dremel or small saw the plastic pieces on the sides of the bumper grille to make a spot for them.

That is where the fog lights should go mounted for this type of yr 96 -98 ...My dad has a 96 Civic Lx and it has the thislocation already on the bumperand the holes to install the type of fog-lights like the picture above...Yeah I also Recommend DEPO or Stanley but it will cost you more if you find them???
