I also love when people stress using magnetic oil drain bolts

last I checked 90% of the bottom end is all aluminum which isnt magnetic........ I guess it would help for the little bit of magnetic stuff there is but I dunno not even worth it to me

Trust, you sound upset, so I hope I don't **** you off. I use the plastic washers and haven't seen this problem. Are you torquing the drain bolt to 33-ft/lbs? It looks like you may have over-tightened the drain bolt. I also replace the washer every third oil change.

nah, i'm not pissed
just kinda annoying when people complain about blur when it doesn't matter. i don't really care though, no hard feelings towards anyone.
i was gonna go take another picture but i'm not digging through the trash for it.

yea i might have overtightened it. i decided to just play it safe though with a pack of honda crush washers. No more leaks

Actually, I change it every oil change

Crush washers crush under the pressure of being tightened to create a seal
