Strut bars are fine IMO. I wish I could help you with the CC issue, but I have no idea what could be making a sound once the brake is pressed and the CC module is deactivated.

Check the autoparts section on your local craigslist. Just type in Honda Civic and see what comes up, usually there are some good deals on the sections down here. I just never have any money! haha

i think I need a tune up and I saw o'reillys auto parts have performance caps and rotors will these help or do I have to have pother things to help out the cause. Also any suggestions on a muffler?
