take a trip out to maroneys foreign auto.. they will get u one, just take rt 51 past century 3 mall to i70 east (at the light at getgo, thats 1 mile from my house haha), then get off at smithton exit.. make a right, go till the road ends, there will be a custom car shop on ur right, make a left, follow that rd out a good 5 or 6 miles and itll be there on ur right.. i used to hook the guy up with free subs at subway and he got me a good deal on a window and 2 regulators. my cousin lives in south hills

It's easy to just change the crank handle if the window still works. If it broke because the mechanism is jammed, you'll need to take the door apart.

There is a clip that holds the handle to the shaft. You need to reach alongside the arm of the crank down to the hub and pull the clip out with a pair of pliers. They make a special tool to do it, but usually needlenose pliers will work.

On the wipers, try tightening the nut where the arm connects to the car. If it's already tight, the problem is deeper (and more expensive).

its easy to replace a the plastic handle. just find a junk yard grab one from them and switch them out. like mk said all u need it a pair of needlenose pliers. i got mine off with a flat screwdriver and my cousin popped the clip back on with a parking pass.
