Well I only got pulled over once and I been here for 2 years. I was going 76 in 55 on Interstate. $197 ticket. Other then that it not that bad. Keep the FL plates don't get VA, I made that mistake. you have your car inspected every year, it's crap. I'm about to go back to Tennessee tags at the end of the month. As for the shop, IDK. I been trying to just find a place to paint my car and interior alittle. It sucks when a family of 3 is only living off e-4 pay, haha.

 

Yeah I just need a good location even if it is like what I have now a 40x40 building I am renting. If I can find something like that there for like 600$ a month then I will do it. I will probly just do a Dyno and a lift I have all the tools the lift and the roll on lift for the dyno. I just bought a new Tig machine the other day from Lincon its there 225 Kit man it is easy to use I love it. So I will be doing minor fab work. But anyways I have a friend moving there soon he has been doing all the installs and I do all the fab and tuning. But yeah hope to be setup in the first 6 months of being there.

 

Yea, just so you know houses are not cheap here being so close to the beach. But BAH is $1310? I think for E-4 and below. And $1500+ for E-5 and on up. I got an apartment for $692 2 bedroom and bank the rest of my BAH. I'm sure you will find a house though. Could always do the VA Loan and buy a house.

VA is ok. But the cops down there are a$$es. They won't give you a break for anything relating to speed. They have given MoCo cops off duty tickets for going 12-15 over on the highway. Where in VA you gonna be? Northern?

Only the state cops are a$$es here really. The MP's on the Army base are kinda too, but the local county and city cops are alright. I been pulled over and the cop just told me I need to learn how to drive for cutting him off, haha. I was just weaving through lanes going home.
