well theres a problem with these taillights the body taillight piece fits great wonderful.
now the trunk taillight piece is not flush with the body taillight piece where it comes together it sticks up 2 or 3 cm. can someone explain why? i got the idea to take the old housing taillights trunk piece only and swap the lense out would it work?

you may have to push it a little harder or instead of pushing just tighten the nuts down tighter if they can go tighter, if not you may have to shave something down to get em flush? just my 2cents

They are ebay junk tail lights, they will never fit like oem. My friend bought a set off ebay too and his stick out a little bit. It is hard to find oem half and half tail lights but they are 10x better.
