There probably isnt a 92-95 Civic with the center console armrest still intact anywhere near a Philly junkyard. Honestly, I have never even really found/looked for a junk yard around my area.

Anyways, I found one on eBay, my normal go-to place for stuff. haha. I am floored at the $26 price tag, but it is what it is. I would rather spend the $26 and not have to worry about people in the back trying to ash out of my windows/sunroof burning things, or dropping cigs in the car. lol

Ever find out if you had a spare ash tray set-up you were willing to sell me?

 

I have one of those ash trays. It came from an Integra. 94-01 Integra has an arm rest thats similar to the EK. Snag an ash tray from one of those. It fits perfectly. I'd sell you mine, but I partially sanded it to paint match and then decided I didn't want to tempt people to smoke in my car. Doesn't look great now.

[edit] At least, the one one I have fits on an EK console with an arm rest. Dunno if it fits on the arm rest delete ones or not.

 

Might steal the one out of my roommate's Integra to check.
