well even if you dont adjust the suspension much adjustable is still nicer IMO.....
very few springs will make different fender gaps....
with adjustable you can adjust each wheel gap!!!!!!! if its not enough drop it down... rubs alittle bit lift it up. feel like slamming it low for a show just do it. ;) only thing is after adjsuting the ride height youd need a alignment.... but IMO i love the adjust ability!!!!!

say a spring might sag over time on one side... well with adjustable coilovers you simply adjust the spring perch to compensate. ;)

The reason I wanted adjustable is because the back is weighed down by speaker boxes. I wanted to adjust the front way down and then leave the back mostly alone. With a full tank of gas, 3 boxes, and 4 10s, the back sits about right anyways.

Keep in mind that looks can be deceiving. My del Sol is actually not lighter than your 4 door EK. If it is, it's not by much, at all.
The reason for this is that the middle-rear is kinda heavy because of all the bracing on the C pillar (there isn't a B pillar, it skips straight to C).
I have 2 10" subs in a pretty heavy MDF MA Audio box, amp, capacitor, strut bar, and then I still have the spare tire and jack in there too. That's all the added weight in my trunk.

I used to have an EG 4-door with the same H&R's on it. I bent the lip in the rear wheelwells up so it wasn't sticking out into the wheelwell, and I never had rubbing problems at all. I only tucked fenders slightly with a full car (5 people). Without 5 people, there was a 1-2" wheel gap. This was also with rear strut bar, amp, and the same subs.

I did the Acura RSX washer nozzle conversion. Didn't take 5 minutes to do. Much better.

Got the CORRECT Si/Type R style grille in today. Also ordered some rattle can touch up paint from the site we discussed on the forum recently. I'll probably have enough paint to do the grille, fog bezels, and MAYBE mirrors. We'll see how well I can do. I'll post pics and tell you how well the stuff from that site went.

Now, I'm going outside to see if I can figure out wtf is wrong with my fog lights being all blinky and stuff.

[edit] Cleaned off the chassis ground and the fogs seem to be working right.

Major update:

I ordered the first major part of the Si conversion: the rear disc brake swap. It includes everything but the brake booster and master cylinder, which I may or may not get. I'll have the complete rear trailing arms, rotors, calipers, pads, upper a arms, 40/40 prop valve, and ebrake cables soon.

And a 6th gen civic badge in a couple of days :D
