Alright, Well... I figure i may as well make a thread for my new toy, Its a Blue 1996 EX Sedan, Picked her up for $2800 (CAD) And this is the story so far.

It has the D16Y7 Engine, thats in BAD shape, i am driving it daily but it is lacking power to a horrible degree.

Its Transmission could use some help too, its got a pretty nasty bearing noise under load.

BUT other then those two things its actually in REALLY good shape, so heres the plan.

Currently i am saving money to get myself a Nice B16 (i have not decided on which one yet) to wake her up and breath a little bit of life into the car.
I also would like to do the following;

Headlights (thinking i might go with some Euro's or some slightly fogged ones)
Tailights
Spoiler
Rims (going to get some 16's i think)
New suspension (want to drop it about 1.5 Inches)
New Stereo (its almost 100% stock right now)
Re-Paint (down the road, i would like a brighter blue on it)
New Windshield (this ones in pretty bad shape)
Lip Kit (thinking about the Type R, i know its done alot, but i like it.)
Leather Seats ( would like to get some out of an Acura)
Interior Modification/Customization (going to do a little Two Toning in it and misc other things)
Exhaust/Intake ( i would like to put a small functioning scoop on the hood as part of this)

So whats been done to it now,

I have a spoiler now, and it is mounted. Its a 1996 Acura Integra Sedan Spoiler, its a dark green one with the third brake light, I need to get some decent pics of it yet, but it looks great on the car.

I also just finished installing my Old Deck in the car (took it from my other car) Its a Pioneer DEH-P600UB ( im pretty sure anywho) a great little unit, i also ran Three RCA Cables into the trunk in preparation for my two Amps im looking at getting in the next little while here, it took FOREVER to get all of these things run... i also ran the REM line into the trunk as well, so i dont need to take the deck out for any reason (hopefully) when i get the new AMPs/ Speakers.

looks like a nice car dude! I saw that you may be going with 16's, what ever you do, dont go with 17's because they don't ride good trust me if I had the cash I would scrap my rims and get 16's

Kanarrjl: Ya my cousin has a set of 17's and they are brutal. At least with sixteens you still have a little rubber between you and the road, and not to mention the weight difference..... And thanks, cant wait to see her when she's done.

NIKE H34D: Ha ha me too, the factory ones are in a bad way, and not to mention i dont like how they look ha ha.

 

my 2 cents, first off get a photobucket account and link the pictures with the [IMG] tag, its a lot easier to display multiple bigger pictures.

second, what kind of euro headlights are you looking at? I have never heard of headlights being called "euro" so I was just curious what style you were referring to.

and please no hood scoop. just get a cold air intake

Yeah, I was thinking same thing on the lights sigracer lol, probably some chrome halos for the bling bling.

What kind of spoiler you gonna get?

 

Sigracer10: Ah about the headlights, essentially just black housings and slightly different lense styling (not a chrome guy ha ha) And i will look into photobucket as well. As for the scoop, the main reasoning is i dont want to get an "Actual" cold air intake because i cant take the risk of it getting waterlogged, and in the winter... it wont work, and as it sits now the factory intake is getting NOTHING but hot air :/ not a great design, but i will look into other options

Tonight im doing the Valve Adjustment, and a Compression check along with a Leakdown test, i wont be able to get the B16 as soon as i thought so i need to breath some life into this D16...

NIKE H34D: i already have the spoiler, and she's mounted i will post some pics later on tonight, but its off an Acura Integra 4 Door actually.

 

a CAI wont get water logged ive got one on my 97 and i have a sri on my 93 which i have tryed to get water logged and have not succeded
