My clutch came in last night. Holy **** look at this thing!

My left foot immediately kicked me in the *** after seeing the double thickness diaphram, lol. This thing is gonna SUCK in traffic.
Psshhhh!!! Try me amigo. Ask Tony how 'light' my clutch is. Im at the point to when I drive a 'regular' clutch, it feels like a gas pedal.

What clutch do you have lol? This clutch is a 1700lb pressure plate.

I had an ACT Xtreme Pressure plate with a 6-puck race disk. The damn pedal would cripple my ankle for weeks and it would charlie horse my calf sometimes if I drove in heavy traffic for too long.

Basically, the damn setup was strictly for off road drag racing. But now I have a Centerforce street kit. The clutch is still a little hard to handle the power but not nearly as bad as it was.

Ah ok, so the ACT I want to say XTSS or something like that. I've heard they're good clutches, but not street clutches.

Lots more pics! Built the head today, going back Friday to do as much as I can to the block.

Cleaned and bare.

Zex Springs and Cam installed. What a royal pain in the butt it was to put the keepers in for the retainers, yeesh!

All done kids! (We put bolts in the missing bolt holes you see, don't worry lol)

Haha, I really couldn't resist. I can't wait to put this thing in the engine bay.

I got some pictures of the block while I was at it.

The block. We stripped it a while ago, it's already notched and just waiting for assembly.

Looking down the cylinder. Remember, I picked this block up for $50 and it has not and will not be seeing the maching shop. Doesn't need to!

And a fitting last picture.

That's what I've got today, pictures again when I can get them (which will probably the the whole thing together ready to go in).
