So with respect to the fact that unexpected things happen + the other things you purchase besides parts for your car, how long until you think you will have all the parts for your turbo setup? Also, how soon after are you going to install everything and have it tuned?

Well, I have a custom subwoofer box being currently built that I have paid for most of already, and then after that I don't really plan on buying anything for the car that isn't related to the turbo project until it's done.

Right now the main things standing in the way of completing the turbo project is the ISB (input shaft bearing), axles, clutch, and head work. If I weren't doing all that stuff I honestly could have this done in a couple months.

The JDM D15B head is going to be ported & polished, hot tanked, and the seals are going to be replaced. It's getting stronger/longer intake and exhaust flange studs and nuts too. That's all going to be $525 including return shipping. (price does not include the price of me shipping it there)

Then the transmission and axles will probably run me ~$600 if I do it myself. If I decide buy a rebuilt transmission with LSD like I was thinking about, then it'll be another few hundred bucks total.

It's not the actual turbo that's the problem, it's the transmission and head work I want to do first.

That makes sense, I mean all in all you want everything done properly if you want your build to last. All the time and money will eventually pay off. I am anticipating seeing this stuff completed, the more and more I see about your build, the more I want to run a turbo setup on a swapped JDM D15b motor. Which i plan on swapping in the future anyway.

Also selling a Turbonetics Evolution 35mm External Wastegate now, since I won't need it.

New O2 sensor (NTK/NGK) I installed a few days ago...

Taking a second look at the room between the condenser fan and the engine, and then thinking about the new turbo manifold I bought, it looks like i'll have plenty of clearance for everything.

Then some engine bay pics...

And a couple quick interior pics...

A guy on Honda-tech makes and sells them. He has them on eBay too (makes them easy to buy... don't have to wait for a reply from him to pay)

The Integra length will work on Civics
