Every once-in-awhile I come and look at your thread just so I can stare at the sol with the gsr seats. Such a nice purchase.

the car looks beautiful... id honestly stay away from turboing it to over 160-180whp ive never been so frustrated in my life, nothing but problems with my ek now.

just throw a nice little td04 or t25 on that bad boy and run'er at 8 lbs. your cars so freaking light that it will still blow the doors off 350z's, rx7's, and the other bottom class ***** enlarger sports cars.

Yea, I know what you mean. The engine's in really good condition though and I'm gonna be shooting for right at like 200whp. Also, I plan on doing everything the right way such as using ARP headstuds and the engine is pretty much ready for turbo, I just need the actual stuff on my list. I've done a lot of maintenance (list on 2nd half of 2nd post of this thread) and I think it can take it and still be pretty reliable. I don't plan on doing a crazy setup that would make my car unreliable, and eventually i'm gonna do an engine build (way in the future), and that will make the car way more reliable and gain power at the same time.
About the weight, you'd be surprised. The Del Sol weighs like 2400lbs dry. The reason it's so heavy is because of the extra reinforcement on the B pillars. Though it still does weigh way lighter than those other cars you mentioned, and yes I look forward to blowing the doors off cars that are quote "better" than mine... like my friend's '94 Mustang GT.

My mod list is on my second post of this thread. I'm currently saving for a turbo project, and my parts list is on the first post.

trust i have to say that the only thing about the car that i don't like is how far the ws2 tip sticks out from the back. it looks like it's half a foot past the back bumper. that would just drive me nuts
