Default Car and Battery strong it's wanting to turn over but just not doing it

I checked fuses and just by looking the ones under the hood the ignition I 40 amp Relay it looks burnt it has two screws next to it it's not wiggling out do I unscrew it to get it out? Because, I'm stuck in snow it was in reverse running and then I put it in first trying to wiggling myself out of the snow and as the car was running it died starting back up again the SRS light was on put it in reverse and died and hasn't wanted to start back up since can't because it's cold I was using it 2 days it's not the alternator belt battery's got a good charge and so I looked at the relay fuses it wants to turn over but it's not and I don't want to ignition I even sprayed underneath the air filter with starting fluid still didn't start only did that once out nor do I want to kill the battery could that be the problem just the 40 amp fuse all the other ones you can see the copper is pretty and shiny this one's thin and looks like it was thrown in the fire the Plastics not melted of course but it's the green 40 amp relay ain't even emergency being in Alaska and stuck on an island I have to order from God knows where but and there's also no trustworthy mechanics as far as the eye can see in the same goes for the people so I'd rather ask you before my tweaking Neighbors thank you the real emergency help please
