Are You Receiving Too Many HCF e-mails?
Click on Quick Links on the blue bar up above.
On the drop-down menu, click Subscribed Threads.
Those are the threads and sections you are subscribed to... check the ones you no longer want to receive e-mail notifications for. Scroll down to the end of the list, and at the bottom right hand corner of the list is a drop-down menu. Select "no email notification" and click "go"
