I know of a good intake system that i put on my Si, here is a link if you are interested in it..... definitely not cheap or expensive, right in the middle, and the performance gains were noticable too ofcourse. Here is a link to the intake i got, It has a good flow filter and has some good technology put into it to make air flow through faster.........http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...109&rd=1,1

as for intake, i would go with injen cai for your fg2. Exhausts, well thats a little bit up too you. Depends on how loud you want it. skunk2 and skunk2 mega power are both loud(slightly raspy). Greddy has the evo 2 and also the sp2(i thinks is sp2). These too me sound the best, along with the comptech exhaust.
