2.5 piping or 2.25 piping which is better?

2.5 piping or 2.25 piping which is better?

i have a 2.5 inlet dc sport muffler.....................should i do 2.25 or 2.5 piping? which would give me more poweR?

2.25 is more than enough for minor bolt ons

i understand that but i got a 2.5inlet on my muffler...if i do 2.25 piping am i going to loose power or back pressure?

just do the 2.25 inch exhaust and then when you get to the muffler just take a piece of 2.5 and weld it onto the end of the 2.25 and then slip the muffler onto that...

o ok well i already have the muffler on there which was welded to the stock piping whihc i can see they did the same thing u where talking about......but yeah so ill gain horsepower than right?
