will a stock 2000 honda civic exhaust fit on a 1998 honda civic ex?

The entire exhaust system should be interchangable for all Civic EX's 96-00. They are all the same.

Hatch exhaust are different from coupe/sedans for 6th gen EX's. Make sure its the same model as far as that goes, but then it should fit.

I agree - as long as the replacement exhaust was not originally on a hatch, you'll be fine.

Well guys, i've never heard of an EX hatch so we already know neither of the Civics he mentioned are hatches.
