Default 4-2-1 ceramic header suggestions

couple of questions, first of all, does anyone have any suggestions on a good ceramic 4-2-1 header? brand and price would be a great help, also, has anyone had any experience with anything like this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-97...11928377QQrdZ1

if so, did it turn out good, or bad, or am I dumb for even considering this?

Cheap ebay headers are not cool.

Get a DC sports 4-2-1.

yeah i figured as much, considering the price i figured i'd not even want to mess with it, but i figured just in case someone did have a good experience with them it'd be good to find out.

the price is what made me leary anyway, so any other recommendations besides DC?

I'd just like to know what my options are, so far DC looks like my best option

Megan header for $150 is a good choice if you don't wanna spend a fortune on DC. Which you're not gonna notice the difference so I'd say go for the Megan.

Yep, the more I've been thinking about that the last few days, the more I'm convinced that if your budget is tight, the megan is just fine.

i looked at a 97 civic this weekend. it was tricked out with EVERYTHING, including DC sports ceramic headers.

the owner said the headers were supposed to "never rust" and then rolled his eyes, while pointing to the rust spots forming near the flanges where the headers meet the engine block.

buy what you like.

I've heard a lot about the DC ceramics rusting around the flanges... and the SS one is a 100 dollars more.

Just more evidence that Megan is the way to go.

all headers will rust near the flanges, regardless of brand.

i actually had a great experience with a cheap ebay header. got a noticable power gain and have had it for 2 years and it has worked just as great since the day i put it on. i also sandblasted it and painted it red so it looked really cool too. maybe i was just lucky though...
