Default 7th gen help

I'm planning on putting a turbo kit on my D17A1, the only problem is that doing that will eliminate my converter. Is there a way around this? I live in a state where emissions are tested every two years.

No it does not, the cat converter is in a different location on the LX & EX models, you can however get EX header and exhaust, that will fit properly.

yeah, these engines need all the help they can get. I don't know what else to do with them after mini-me, turbo, cam gear, cam shaft, i/h/e, and ems with tune.

drop the bottom end and shorten the stroke .

putting a turbo kit on would elminate the need for a header so you cant do the EX exhaust conversion anyway.

ps disadvantage is an understatement
