just dont go and drive through puddles and stuff man. i have a v2 and its on all the time and i live on the west coast in washington where it rains none stop and i have not had a problem wit it at all. u will be fine as long as u are not crazy and what not

The difference is in your head. It's a little better on a dyno but the butt-dyno isn't accurate.

i would also have to agree wit that. I went from my stock system to having a v2 and I barely notice anythang different bout my performance. The only thing i notice is my car sounds a lil bit louder than normal but thats it.

no of course guys ive read enough to know intakes dont make a difference on a stock engine lol
like you said the difference is in the head and the *** lol
but sounds much better than my short ram
2000siman where exactly do you live?
im in vancouver wa

Well the difference is real and there, there's just no way you could notice it because of how small it is.

Actually, cold air intakes do make a difference in horsepower. Most of the increase is in the upper rpm range and averages about 5 FWHP. That's about a 5% increase - not bad for less than $100.

Do you feel it? Not really, but you will see a stock Civic's headlights in your rearview mirror after you slam 3rd gear. Every little bit helps.
