Default AEM v2 problem

OK i got my AEM v2 intake in last Tuesday and installed it, the problem i am having is my car does not use one of the hookups on the intake (see photo) i am wanting to know how to plug this. currently i have duct-tape over it so its not sucking in unfiltered air.

On my V2 the thing sticking out is for the breather hose.

Uh, I have the same engine and intake, and that hose is definitely there. Did you take out the stock airbox to install that? or was there a different intake there?

I replaced the stock air box, and the only things i unhooked from it was the hose to the valve cover (the hose on the right) and the sensor (in the middle) but nothing else...now by the looks of your photo it hooks up to a hose that runs along the valve cover, ill take a look at it in the morning and see if i can find a hose thats droped down or something....ill let yall know what i find tomorrow

I don't know what to tell you, man. If it stops raining here I'll go out and take a look to see where mine's coming from.

Did your v2 come with a black breather hose?

I was just looking, and I outlined where I think the hose is coming to/from, did I mix up the hoses's?
