AEM vs off brand

if u have the money, go with a good brand name such as AEM, K&N, Injen, or Weapon R. some of those names u can get real cheap and they'll last u, just gota look around for good prices. cardomain.com, ptuning.com and sromagazine.com all have very good products for very good prices. i got my K&N intake from cardomain for about $130....good stuff

tell you all what I will end all of your worry's right here....I had an APC SRI then my friend order my AEM V2 CAI and installed it. I can tell you that I pulled a little more then from that off brand company.

Yes, the brand named CAI's will probably give you better performance. The point some of us are tryin to make is that not everyone can afford the top quality, top name brand products. In that case, a no-name product such as a CAI will be better than just stock, and it also makes the person feel a little better knowing that his ride is no longer stock. A lot of people on here tend to forget that all of us aren't rich, or that we have other things we have to spend money on.
