Instead of buying a bigger tb, could I just scrap one from a junkyard. Would a B16 tb fit on to my D16 mani? Heck, would the whole dang mani fit to my ports?

Yeah, I saw in Honda Tuning after posting, that the bolt patterns are the same. Is a B16 tb a 60 or a 62mm?

b16 is 62mm, b18 (gsr) is 60mm.

On another note. If I got a hi-flow cat how much louder would it make my car? My mods are below and my exhaust is pretty quite it has a resonator and all. I just don't want a really loud exhaust.

If your exhaust that you have now isn't that loud and you like it that way, I would say throwing a high flow cat in there isn't going to make a big difference.
