eBay header is anygood? they are about 20-30 bucks

what are the different btw 400 ones and 30 bucks ones?
why would header increase HP? thanks in advance guys!

 

Some ebay headers are okay. There is some modifying you must do if you get an ebay header...

1. Sometimes the two flanges that connect the two parts of the header is uneven and need to be resurfaced so when you bolt them together they meet evenly.

2. The gaskets that come with the header suck and need to be places.

3. In-time they have a chance to crack.

The design and air flow of the header is some reasons it delivers more hp.

Difference between the $400 is that the name brand headers give better performance, made of better material, and they last longer.

It is up to you what you get. It's your money. Hope I helped.

 

$30: welds crack, flanges are wrong, fitment is wrong, metal is cheap, little performance gain if any, sounds like ***

$300: lasts as long as your car will, flanges are made specific for each car, fitment is correct, metal is good, much better performance gain.

 

save up some money and buy urself a name brand one. in the end it'll prolly save u more money and save u from hassles.
