CARB and ebay stuff

Default CARB and ebay stuff

if i got a muffler from ebay and just welded that sucker on, would i not pass smog/CARB/ect...?

CARB doesn't apply to anything after the cat.

hey how does your ebay muffler sound and which muffler did you buy, links would be helpful. And also would you mind uploading a video or sound clip would like to hear what the ebay muffler sounds like
