i just bought a obx twin loop muffler because i have a really loud exhaust i thought it was because of the can i had on it now .today i was working on the car and realized when the dude sold me the car it has a test pipe i havent installed the muffler yet, do you think the twin loop will make it more quieter cause i dont have the funds right now for the cat

It may make it quieter, but if you want the least amount of noise, I would get that Cat! I may be wrong, but wouldn't a CEL come up ifa test pipe was installed? Not sure though. Put the twin loop on and see what you think first. Then, go from there.

Anyway, buy a catalytic converter. Magnaflow High-Flow Direct Fit. ~$100.
I have one and it's great.
