there about the same and there both good. id prolly just go with which ever is cheapest..

 

i like megan racing...but theres really no difference. whichever you can find cheaper. they sound more or less the same.

 

I have a magnaflow cat-back on my 05 civic and it sounds great...its nice and deep, doesnt have that whinny rice sound that u hear alot on cars. I dont know anything about the other comapny, iv heard of them but never looked into it. Magnaflow is a nics product

 

I've heard megan racing makes excellant cat-backs. I ordered one and can't wait till I get it. I got it for $325 w/ shipping from boneheadperformance.com. You can get it slightly cheaper off ebay if they have em now.

 

they both are good companies. few ppl i know have a magnaflow, and the sound is pretty nice..
