cel eliminator

Default cel eliminator

with the cel eliminator, is their a certain way to put it on, or do i need to do something cuz i put it on the header where its suppose to be and the light wont go off.

If you want to clear the cel code, just unplug your battery and it would reset the ecu. However, the cel will keep coming back until you fixed the problem. I'm guessing you just forgot to plug in your oxygen sensor back.

If your car is OBD2..You can go to Auto-Zone and use there OBD2code scanner for free and retrieve the code to see what is the problem and then you can erase the codewith out needing to disconnect the battery..I always use this scanner because I hate losing my stereo settings

you can pull the code yourself, theres even a DIY over in that section about how to do it. And if it turns out that it is the cat efficiency, then www.o2simulator.com is the ticket

i know why its on, its cuz i got a new header which eliminates the cat, so i got the nonfowler and put it on but i dont think i put it on right.
