a few weeks ago my old muffler (OEM) rusted off and i replaced it with a Flowmaser axle back and im very happy with it, now what i want to do is get a new center pipe to match it, but i was thinking about making my own, how hard would it be?

 

You should spend a little bit of cash and get a muffler shop to make it and get everything welded together.

 

welding is not a problem, i have my own welder and can weld it my self, i also have access to a pipe bender

 

is it mandrel bend or crush bend?

ya, its not a problem for me im 16 and have been welding for awhile, my dad also owned a midas muffler store for over 15 years and he taught me how to weld, and my uncle owns his own welding business, so i have the ability to weld almost anything that i want

 

you should of just made your own custom cat back exhust

 

No offense but chances are its not. You have no idea how much a mandrel bender costs.
