allrighty boys, tax refund is here and first things first im getting an exhaust and suspension for my 07' EX. Theres a company out by my house in Kennesaw, GAcalled G&S Muffler (btw if anyone is from kennesaw and can reccommend some1 feel free) anyways what should I be looking for when I go in there, I told him i did not want a ricey sound, just a nice deep tone with some performance although im not expecting much from just a catback (In the next 6 mo. will come headers and AEM v2). what size piping should I be looking for and muffler size and what not, I think a magnaflow resonator will be a good choice but if you guys think differently please help, he quoted me vaugley at 250-400 which doesnt seem like a bad price for a custom job to me. Please let me know all aspects i Need to go in there with to tell him before he custom builds me a low performance **** box lol....

also do you think im doing the right thing or should I go headers first? ( from a performance aspect I mean) Will I make more guys if I get the headers then the catback or does it make no difference once they are both on there?

 

save money and get all of ihe together so you can install them at the same time, that would be the most fun

why would it make the most sense? i can install the headers myself, and money isnt really an issue, from a performance standpoint though does it matter?

 

Because once you install all of them at once you can appreciate the instant 15-20hp from it and not be used to it by slowly overtime peiceing it together.

 

ok well the only thing is headers will void the warranty and also DC hasnt came out with a 4-1 or a 4-2-1 header for an 07'

ok well there arent any dc sports 4-1's out for my car yet which is what i want i believe for some low end screaming. so aside from that what do you guys recommend? also STILL LOOKING for specs on what to look for, for my exhaust, muffler size, piping size, resonators, materials, ect.
