D16z6 to b16a swap exhaust

Im doing a complete swAp in a 94 civic ex I have a d16z6 and its going to be a b16a. I know the header will not bolt over but from the cat back bolt up to the header and down pipe on the b16?

You should be fine with getting a standard exhaust manifold for the B16 and having it bolt up to the rest of your exhaust system.
