Difference between ceramic and stainless headers?

Ok im planning on getting a DC Sports 4-2-1 1 piece header for my 97 EX and i was wondering if there is any difference between the ceramic one and the stainless steel one besides the looks?

ceramic handles heat better i believe.. and stainless will discolor and junk.. plus stainless has chance of rusting

Ill sell you mine. Im going turbo, so no longer need the header. Its a ceramic 4-2-1 one piece type. Its been on my car for less than a year. There's a little bit of surface rust that I will polish off with wisk. Its comin off of a 93 ex. Let me know if you're interested and I'll post some pics. I'll sell it to you for much cheaper than what you'd be payin on ebay.

i really like the look you get on stainless when oil gets cooked onto it.

PS stainless is lighter than ceramic

Damn, didnt realize so many people are in need of a header these days. I paid $255 shipped for it. Gee, I only have one, I dont wanna leave any one out. Dont mean to turn this in to an auction, but let me here some offers.

P.S. I also have a AEM red cold air intake in decient shape with the filter and all the clamps. I'll sell it also, let me know if anyones interested. I paid $178 shipped, Ill sell for around $80. Take it or give me an offer. Sorry mods, dont mean to turn this in to a garage sale, but need to get rid of the old parts and pay for the turbo junk.
