designed by a ricer. I'm sorry, but air has to make a complete 90* turn right on the entry...it ain't good for performance and it's called an inter"fooler"...

 

you would never get an intercooler unless, and only if, you have a turbo installed

 

thats the filter its not an intercooler

 

I would like to see someone buy this and get some before/after dyno numbers. I wouldnt be surprised if you get something out of it. Where do you get new air filters thou? That things goin to get dirrrrty very quickly.

 

i was gonna either buy this or a normal cai made by hi pro speed

 

It Looks cool but I just wonder how HP you would get from it?? Who Knows......

 

You shouldn't be getting any gainsout of it...the way it's bent there's going too much turbulence on entry and that filter is asking for trouble the way it sits. Plus the intake is waaay to long with that thing.

 

interfooler [:'(]an intercooler is used to cool down hot compressed air from a turbo. A normal cold air intake with the filter moutned down the bumper will do you just fine. Like Roto said the 90 degree corner isnt helping anything out, and you'll get made fun of for having an intercooler wihout a turbo.

Although like Pete siad, i'd like to see numbers on it

 

ok i think im gonna get a regular cai...i have a aem short ram right now...is there a extension i can buy to turn it in to a cai?
