1998 Civic HX, Manual trans.[/align]ECU throwing code: Inefficient catalytic converter performance.[/align]After several thousand miles ECU throwing code: Inefficient EGR Flow, and now Insufficient EGR lift[/align]Replaced Cat and exhaust manifold.[/align]Removed EGR valve and cleaned out.[/align]Cleaned ports that EGR sits on.[/align]Put 12v on the EGR, pintle pops out. Mechanically seems ok.[/align][/align]What else should I look for? Is there something other than faulty EGR operation that would cause this code? (P1491) EGR too clogged to clean?[/align][/align]Thanks for any help.[/align][/align]
