Default EX question

I am considering buying a 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe. It is the SOHC 1.6L Non-VTEC (POOP) but it has an AEM CAI, DC Header, Apexi Cat-Back, MSD Pro-Cap, MSD SCI Ignition Box, MSD Plug Wires, and a "Race" clutch & flywheel. It has 90k. I want to know if anyone thinks this would be a pretty respectable car, will it break into the 15's (I HOPE)? You can see the car...HERE

as it stands, no, probably not. But for what it is, it's a good deal.

You say it's non VTEC, the listing says that it is... find out what engine is in there before you buy
