Seems like everyone on here will suggest the Greddy Evo2 for the deep yet not obnoxiously loud exhaust.

PLease try and use the SEARCH feature for such general questions like this, the topic has been discussed many many many times...

....anywho, check out the Product Review Section, there are a few souind clips in there. Including my Megan Racing cat-back, which sounds pretty low and mean.

I have a Magnaflow Cat and i think it sounds pretty nice. Not too loud at all but still loud enough to hear. It does not sound whinny and is not high pitch. It is very deep at low RPMs and sounds awsome, and kicks up in volume, when you floor it.

As I will tell everybody from now on....GReddy EvoII. Very deep, EXCELLENT quality, no raspy tone at all. The only problem with it is that it does run about $80-100 more than megan racing or magnaflow. Depends on what year you have, but i would definately suggest greddy evo, or possibly skunk2 if you have an 01+ civic.
