Default Exhaust

I am looking to put a new high performance exhause system in my car, which is a 2000 Civic Ex
I am confused about all of the different exhaust systems on the market, can anyone point me in the right direction. I want a new catback exhaust with a 3' pipe, a muffler, and a cold air intake.

well you are startin where a lot of people and and there is nothing wrong with it. However, stay away from the 3" exhaust and go with a 2.25 or 2.5 inch. Unless you plan to boost your can anytime soon that is. If you buy a catback, it will come with a muffler. As for CAI's, go with Injen or AEM or K&N

and in the future, read the Stickies at the top of this section. The Exhaust FAQ could have answered your exhaust Q's and the Intake FAQ could of taken care of the others.
