Exhaust rumble after puddles
I am terrified to post because when I do, I get ripped a new one. I did do a search and couldn't find this specific problem.
After I drive through a puddle, my exhaust rumbles like crazy. It doesn't sound right when it gets wet. A rumble that sounds like a Harley. Any suggestions what I might be able to do? Thank you. |

when have you gotten "ripped a new one" when you post. yes the search feature is your friend. but not everything that is going to happen is going to be the exact same issue as what someone else has had. So don't be afraid to post. I can almost gaurantee you that the people being dicks are not the regulars that have been here for awhile.
As for you issue, i would think that it has something to do with your ignition system. but exactly what i am not too sure, sorry |

All CAI do the same thing, If you live in Cali you will need one that is C.A.R.B or whatever, but you cant go wrong with any intake.

Sounds to me like your distributor is getting wet. I would check it for cracks and moisture inside.
The red arrow is pointing to the distributor in case you didnt know where it was. |
