sorry dude but come on, this question is stupid and could have been solved by just searching f22 civic in google. To answer your question yea it can be done, practically the same as a h swap

dude i think hes asking if the throttle body from an f22 is interchangeable with the one from the d16y8.

which f22 the one in the s2000 or the one in the accords?

D15b7, D16z6, D16y8, B16A, B16B, B18C, B20, B17, H22A, F22 have interchangeable throttle bodies

pretty sure this only applies to manual transmission throttle bodies though

well the problem that i have ran into now is that the f22 tb doesnt have a spot of the map sensor like the d16y8 one does so how do i 1 relocate the map or 2 bypass it all to gether
