Default FINALLY! EVERYTHINGS FINE NOW

FINALLY, installing my new headers has been a very long and stressful task and now finally, a whole week after i got them, everything is now fine and dandy. as before u may have noticed a lot of posts about o2 sensor and rpm problems and exhaust rattling the heat shield from me, and finally i got everything fix and worked out. i got a new o2 sensor and that fixed the CEL and the fact that there was no thread on the bolt. my exhaust is a 2 piece and the part that connects them together was loose so i tighted that up and no more rattling and it seems that help out the low rpm's problem as well for some reason.

all is good now and im extremely happy now that i dont have to deal with it anymore. now im gena move on and look for a CAI. im low on money because of the o2 sensor set me back but in about a month i figure ill have a new shiny AEM CAI i cant wait. hopefully the intake wont give me a quarter of the problems i had with the headers...and this time i learned and im gena take off the stock intake and make sure everything is smooth sailing.

i just want to say thank you to everyone at HCF for helping me out with these problems and putting up with my many posts. this is the best forum ever!!

Grats!!! I had similar problems with O2 sensors and CELs when I put in my headers, then I had a problem with the exhaust hitting the rear sway bar around left turns, well it took a bit but got that all cleared up so I know how it feels. And yes this forum is AMAZING when it comes to people helping people!!

Glad to hear you got everything squared away, any noticeable increase in power? How about a change in your exhaust tone?

intakes are really easy. but removing some screws are a little tricky. im not sure about other gen but on mine. the 7th get intake assebly is retarded. its in 3 parts. and half of the screws require a little extention and patience. i was like " what the f%ck is holding this down" then i seen a little screw hiding. ha ha i felt like such a jackass

Where do you live, and can I send you some soap?

KIDDING!

Looks good. And the intake should be an easy install.
