A slightly used AEM CAI!! Right now its hooked up as an SRI because i'm short one coupler. Yeah in michigan there are pretty much NO places to pick up a ****ing 2.5" coupler, just goes to show how awesome our performance shops are around here...lame. Anyway, I got the SRI hooked up and will be picking up the other coupler tomorrow, and installing it later that night. So basically by wednesday i will have the full CAI in, i'm pumped. I will get pics up later tonight as i forgot to grab my freaking camera on the way to work today.. [:@]

Power seems to be getting to the wheels a little quicker, its not really noticeably faster, but it is a lot smoother. It used to lag between shifts but seems to respond a lot faster now. Man does that thing sound good at WOT tho, i was really impressed with that, can't wait to hear the full CAI.

This thing not only sounds bad *** when i'm revving, shifting, and driving at WOT, but it has completely taken away the lag between shifts. I have some matching couplers on the way, and will update pics when i get those in. Heres a few to tide you over till then.

yeah, its hard to see the filter cause its all the way down between the bumper and the black cover thing that keeps stuff from flying up from the road. Like where the first stock airbox is supposed to be.

I live 25 min from Iron Mountain and Kingsford. About 3 hrs from Sault St Marie.

Back on topic, i drove the car up north this past weekend, about a 3 hour trip one way. The thing ran great, and with my silencer in the exhaust, i could hear the intake a lot better, sounds so nice
