dc header's are considerabley more expensive $360 ballpark. meagan racing header $170 ballpark. Meagan racing header'saren't street legal thats why they're way less, it wont really matter though unless you live in california. Or your inspection guy is a d!ck. dc header's come in stainless stealaswell asmegan, but also come in ceramic, which they say displaces heat better. If you got the extra cash and your worried about legality issues go with dc. But they are both virtually the same header, same bends, o2 sensor location, etc.

I have a magnaflow cat-back exhaust which is pretty loud and deep, but after I put on my megan header it got a lot quieter. I would look around on here a lot of people have postedsome info on quieter exhausts but with the performance.

Megan headers will do you just fine unless you're in Cali ^

and as for exhaust, R*SR ExMag is an awesome quiet one, but it depends on your budget. How much are you willing to spend?

WS2 is another great exhaust that is quiet. And you don't have to spend 370 on a dc header. I got mine for like 240 brand new...

I'd go with a Hedmen Chikara header... its about $160 at http://www.summitracing.com/and it's 50-state legal (and Summit has free shipping for the most part). But watch out, though.. that beautiful black finish lasts less than 10 minutes of driving. And the header will rust pretty quickly (just surface rust, though)... I plan on sanding and re-painting my header this summer, wrapping it, and using wrap-coating on it..
